How I handle your information
This page covers manhattantoqueens.com, the site printed on my letters to Queens owners whose listings expired. It is short because the site does very little with your information.
What I collect
Only what you type into the request form, plus a few details that come with it:
- Your name, and the phone number or email address you choose to be reached on.
- The property address, if you enter one.
- Your preferred way to be contacted (call, text or email) and, if you pick one, where you are in your timeline.
- The letter code from your mailing, which comes from the link or QR code on the letter, and campaign tags in that link.
- Whether you ticked the box for my monthly market email, The NYC Real Estate Edit.
The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may set a technical cookie for security and see standard connection data such as your IP address.
How I use it
- To respond to your request, usually by the next business day, by the method you chose.
- To prepare the property review you asked for.
- To send The NYC Real Estate Edit, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe from any email.
Your request is stored in my customer system (Follow Up Boss) so I can follow up and keep a record of our conversations. Requesting a second opinion is not a listing agreement.
Texting
If you choose Text, you agree that I may text you about this request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Who sees it
I do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that run this site and my customer system, and with others where the law requires it. Those providers handle it only to provide their service to me.
Your choices
You can ask me to correct or delete what I have about you, to stop contacting you, or to remove you from email. Call or text me at (917) 924-6590 or email [email protected].
Children
This site is for adults who own property. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top will change with it.
